$350.00 Security Deposit. Deposit returned within 14 days with no damage reported.
Check In time is after 4:00 pm P.S.T. Check Out time is 11:00 am P.S.T.

Payment Schedule: 50% of rental and cleaning fee due at booking. The remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival. Security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.
